    It’s about 120 miles oneway. The taxi would probably cost $250 if you don’t hit traffic.

    a better option is to take the flyway bus to union station then take metrolink to Lancaster
    then Kern regional transit for last leg to Tehachapi
    have included the metrolinkschedulel and Kern regional transit schedules below
    good luck
    another option is to take Airport bus of bakersfield from Lax
    to Bakersfield then then Kern transit bus

    Haha, are you kidding me? I don’t think any taxi will go that far. If you do find one that does, it’s going to be at least $500.

    Take the Flyaway and then the Metrolink, as someone mentioned.

    It’s 124 miles, which makes it about $312 plus tip, bringing the total to $360! Just wanted to calculate it for fun. Travelmaster gave you the best way to get there on the cheap.

    Why Tehachapi? The only thing there is a state prison. It’s out in the desert in the middle of nowhere.
