I think you mean Liverpool Street?
Tube to King’s Cross then Piccadilly Line to Heathrow is the best way – just avoid rush hours.
They have gates to the side of the barriers for people with large bags.

If you’re near Liverpool Street, stop a Hackney and ask the driver how much he reckons the journey will be on he meter. It’s probably also worth asking whether the cabbies will also negotiate a fixed price.

It will cost at least 60 to 80 pounds depending on the traffic
if you travel on the tube on the circle line from liverpool st
to paddington you could then get the heathrow express
which is about 25pounds one way. but you would need
to go outside of rush hour and be careful to only
get on the circle line and not the hammersmith line
because there a quit a few steps to climg up in paddington.

I’ve checked a couple of sites and I get fares around 45 pound sterling.

I used only the tube when I moved to the uk. I has a large suitcase on wheels, a large sports bag with shoulder strap and my airport wheely bag (both these were straped over my shoulders)….
BAD things…..STEPS, steps and more steps…..very few escalators (of lifts), but there are places where you enter the tube for suitcases and sometimes staff help. My shoulders were sore for a couple of days…but I was carrying them round for longer than just getting across town (ie from airport, finding a location and getting lost and then getting on wrong trains etc!!)/
Good things…..you go off peak and theres heaps of space and if you get the right trains you can get there quickly.
2 suitcases are not that bad. Just put your laptop and bag and get straps to wrap it round the bars of the pully part (this is what I did to my little wheely bag…m,ade it HEAPS easier.

take the heathrow express to paddington then get in a cab(that trains good for luggage)but to take a cab straight from liverpool street to heathrow would cost about 50 pounds.
