Having used that airport several times in the last few years, I’d say about 30 minutes.

Birmingham is quite an easy one, leaving or arriving. On an easy day assuming 1000 arrival.
Plane stops 1000, doors open mad rush and can’t move for people trying to move
Into baggage 1010 if you’re out of the plane late
    Into immigration 1025
Onto the street 1035.-1045 depending on the queue and pure luck.
Baaaaad day, you could be an hour. Very bad day.
Very good day….free in twenty minutes if the plane parked up conveniently close. From some stands there’s a bit of a walk.
I call it freedom to freedom time. Check in at one end, walk out at the other end.
National Express stops right outside the door for coaches into the city centre (20 minutes journey time, frequent coaches) and to destinations around the UK….London, rest of England, Scotland, Wales.
I’m on a coach stopping there every month traveling from Luton to Liverpool for family visits and sometimes fly from there.
For leaving it’s one of the easiest in the UK for an airport of that size. Still gets bad days though.
Far better than Luton which is a nightmare and some days it’s worse..not good to have for a local airport….!!*?@%**?!!
    Enjoy the flight.
